Ashley, a Bay Area native, has always harbored a passion for design. From her early years, she knew that her future lay in the world of creativity. After completing high school, she attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in San Francisco, where she found her true calling. During her time at FIDM, Ashley balanced her studies in Visual Communication with a full-time job as a retail store manager. Her dedication and talent soon led her to a more specialized role as a brand manager upon earning her degree.

With 16 years of experience in retail management, Ashley honed her customer service skills, built strong relationships, and achieved impressive results through impactful visual displays. It was in this environment that she discovered her true passion for design, realizing how the arrangement, location, and colors of items could significantly influence sales and customer engagement. To further pursue her passion, she decided to become an accredited home stager.

Ashley met her business partner, Jennifer, seven years ago during a relocation. Sharing the same mindset, drive, and passion for home staging, they decided to start their own business together. Since then, they have embarked on an exciting journey, transforming homes with their unique and curated designs.

Outside of work, Ashley is a devoted mother to two boys, Riley (11) and Chase (8), who are both avid sports enthusiasts, particularly passionate about hockey. When she isn’t busy making homes shine, she can often be found at the hockey rink or various sports venues with her family.

Her husband,  andy has been a constant source of encouragement and support, helping her realize her dream of becoming a successful home stager while working as a contractor for the Department of Defense.

Known for her hard work, playful spirit, and love of laughter, Ashley is dedicated to bringing unique, curated designs to every project. Her ultimate happiness lies in the success and satisfaction of her clients.

Jennifer has called Colorado Springs home for as long as she can remember. With over 2 decades of local real estate experience, she has built a reputation as a top-tier realtor who is passionate about helping others succeed.

Four years ago, Jennifer realized her dream of starting her own boutique brokerage, creating a close-knit community that thrives on mutual success. Her ambition didn’t stop there; she also envisioned launching a staging company to provide the essential tools and support systems for home sellers.

Jennifer’s path intersected with Ashley’s seven years ago when Ashley was relocating. After assisting Ashley with her first home purchase and later helping her build a new one, they discovered a shared business mindset and complementary design aesthetics. Their mutual passion for home staging led to the creation of Springs Home Staging.

Jennifer has always recognized the power of home staging as a tool to maximize clients' return on investment. With her keen eye for design, sharp business acumen, and deep understanding of how aesthetics influence the selling process, she ensures each home is presented at its best.

Jennifer's husband, Mark, has been a steadfast supporter throughout her real estate career and beyond. Owner of a successful contracting company, Mark has been an invaluable asset to the home staging business, providing expert assistance to clients. When not busy with his own work, Mark enjoys competitive walleye fishing.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer loves traveling with friends and family. She takes pride in her son, a commendable veteran, who is transitioning into civilian life, and her daughter, who successfully runs a company as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. At home, Jennifer cherishes moments with her golden doodle, Finn, and her hairless cat, Niguel.

Jennifer finds joy in life’s simple pleasures and derives immense satisfaction from helping others. Her expertise in design and business makes her a valuable asset to Springs Home Staging.

 Skylar is a proud Colorado native with a passion for making homes shine and sell! With her Interior Redesign Certification in hand and having recently passed her real estate licensing exams, she brings a fresh, knowledgeable perspective to every project.

Stage by stage, she’s learning how to create spaces that aren’t just beautiful—they feel like home.

 

Skylar joined the team last summer, eager to dive into the world of home staging. She’s known Jennifer for several years and was thrilled to meet Ashley early in her journey, quickly finding a shared love for transforming spaces.

 

When she’s not staging, Skylar’s creativity flows through crocheting, painting, drawing, and experimenting with her Cricut for all sorts of crafty projects. She loves that many staging days turn into fun girls’ days, bringing energy, creativity, and a playful yet sophisticated touch to every project. At home, Skylar enjoys cozy nights with her wonderful dog and amazing boyfriend—cherishing quality time and comfort in a world that can often feel chaotic. Her warmth, energy, and keen eye for detail shine through in every space she touches.
