Following the consultation, we will review photos taken throughout the home and create a detailed action plan outlining the recommendations discussed during our visit. The report includes room-by-room suggestions, furniture placement recommendations, decluttering priorities, styling suggestions, and additional opportunities for improvement that may be identified during our photo review.

To make implementation easier, we also provide suggested links to staging staples, decor items, and recommended products discussed during the consultation. This allows homeowners to confidently move through the process with a clear plan and resources to help bring the recommendations to life.

During this 2-hour in-home consultation, we will walk through the property together, provide recommendations, and actively help implement many of the changes discussed during the appointment. Using the homeowner's existing furnishings and decor, we may assist with furniture placement, room layouts, styling shelves and surfaces, artwork placement, accessorizing, decluttering, and other staging adjustments that can be completed during the consultation.

This service is ideal for homeowners who want immediate progress and professional support creating a more polished, market-ready presentation. By the end of the appointment, many of the recommended changes will already be in place, helping your home look and feel more prepared for listing photos and showings.
